Followers are a soft-currency that boost a long list of payouts across the game — from casino prizes to drug-sale prices. The more followers you have, the more cash everything you do is worth.
Influences
Followers boost a lot of mechanics across the game:
- Less chance of going to jail
- Bigger prizes in the casino "Higher/Lower"
- Better luck in the Slotmachine
- Higher Money Transport loot (also depends on your transport team)
- Higher offers on cars at the Car Showroom and Pawn Shop
- Better weed prices in the Weed Farm, Pawn Shop, Nightclub and Transport Company
- Better meth prices in the Family, Nightclub, Pawn Shop and Transport Company
- Better cigar prices in the Cigar Factory
- Higher cash for heroin in the Moto Club
Losing followers?
You lose up to 2 followers per day, but your total never drops below 50% of your all-time peak. If you ever hit 80 followers, you'll never fall below 40.
